Question #4

I have had a couple of people ask questions about how to french braid.  So keep an eye on my blog I will be posting a video shortly on how to french braid.

Question #3

Question: How do you get her to sit still while you curl her hair? (This was a question about my toddler)

Answer:  I always do her hair in front of the TV with her favorite cartoons on, and I also put some of her favorite toys in front of her.  This way I have at least 2 distractions for her this gives me about 10 minutes of time with her hair.  As far as curling I make sure that all of my supplies are all ready before I get her in the room.  Then my goal with her is not perfection but curls everywhere.  I make sure I never put the curling iron close to her head because toddlers move a lot.

I hope this helps if you have more questions please ask.

Toddler Poof

This is nothing to extreme but it turned out cute if you have daughters hair like mine.  I blowed dried it first and then took a small curling iron and put some curls in it.  I just pulled up a little poof in the front.  The last thing I did was back combed under her ponytail to give her crown a little volume.

Ribbon, Bun, Hair Fun

Take the front part of her hair and swoop it across to the side of her head just above the ear.
Secure it with an elastic.
Make random parts around her head and put the center hair into a ponytail.
Below is the left side of the random parts.
Then I took the hair I left down and pulled it up around the ponytail in different directions.
Below is the hair just above her ear I pulled it under the ponytail.

Last I pulled the hair from the elastic across the front of the ponytail.
To finish it off I weaved a pink ribbon in and out of the hair around her bun and tied it in a bow in the front.

Sides Pulled Back with Twist

I first back combed the crown of her head.  Then take a small amount of hair from the front of her head and twist it.  Do this to both sides and secure with an elastic.

Toddler Sides pulled up

Since my toddlers hair is still short I pulled back a small ponytail of bangs so the hair would stay back all day.  Then I took the sides and pulled them back and secured it with an elastic.
I flipped the bottom up and then curled the rest of her hair under to give her some volume.  I also back combed just under the ponytail.

Nothing Fancy but Cute Toddler

My toddler has the straightest hair so in order to get this look I first blow dried it.  Then I took a small curling iron and flipped the bottom up and then curled the top downward.  To give it a little body I back combed the top.
